Field Support questions
What's the smallest crew you send?
Crew size scales to the scope — from a two-man crew for routine cleaning up to added hands during a rig move. Tell us the scope and the timeline and we'll size it.
Do you work as a subcontractor?
Yes. Jenks is comfortable working underneath established service companies, roustabout companies and prime contractors — to your paperwork and your site requirements — and we keep your customer relationship clean.
Can you take on a recurring cleaning schedule?
Yes. Scheduled cleaning runs on the schedule the customer sets, and we keep the same crew on the work where possible so equipment stays ahead of the dirt instead of behind it.
How does a call-out work?
You call (830) 356-1355, we confirm scope, crew size and mobilization, and we mobilize. Changes and delays are documented, and the company man verifies the ticket before the crew leaves.
Crews mobilize across the Eagle Ford Shale and the wider South Texas oilfield — Atascosa, Karnes, La Salle, Dimmit, Frio, McMullen, Live Oak, DeWitt, Gonzales, Webb and surrounding counties — with additional Texas mobilization depending on project scope. See the full service area →
