How the job runs

- 02The crew arrives with hot-water pressure equipment, checks in with the company man and completes the JSA.
- 03Equipment is washed as it is released, working around the other contractors on location.
- 04The company man verifies the work and the hours before the crew leaves location.
Rig Services questions
How fast can a rig wash crew be on location?
Call-out work is part of our normal operation. Call (830) 356-1355 with the location and scope; we confirm crew size and mobilization time up front, and crews mobilize from inside South Texas rather than deadheading in from another basin.
Do you clean during rig moves?
Yes. Rig move and rig-down cleaning is one of our core services. Crews clean components as they are released, keep working as the work zone changes and coordinate with movers and the other contractors so the move doesn't wait on cleaning.
Do you wash shakers and mud-system equipment?
Yes — exterior, non-entry cleaning of shale shakers, decks, skids, guards and customer-authorized mud-system equipment. Crews clean only equipment the customer has released and stay clear of anything still operating or energized.
Is your crew safe to have on a live location?
Every job starts with a JSA. Crews carry required PPE, are H2S-aware, check in with the site representative and follow site-specific rules — and every Jenks employee has stop-work authority.
How is rig washing priced?
By scope: the crew size, hours and equipment the job actually requires. We confirm all of it when we confirm mobilization, so there are no surprises on the ticket.
